  Not delivering my package is one thing. I am ok with getting it the next day, BUT when you fill out a "Notice Left (Receptacle Full/Item Oversized)" on 3/13 (but don't actually attempt to deliver it) and then give me the "failure of delivery" slip on the next day 3/14 (again didn't try to deliver the package on 3/14 either, just put the slip in my mail box stating failed to deliver the day before), that raises some questions. I called to ask why I received this noticed that said "sorry we missed you" yet no one tried delivering the package. When calling, I was told "I don't know what happened, but I can come pick it up." I said, "but I paid for it to be shipped to my house." That is when she became very rude, all because she had received many calls on my route. (if you are receiving many calls, someone isn't doing their job) It wasn't until she was already YELLING at me through the phone that I found out that it was a sub-mail carrier that is on my route. The extremely RUDE conversation continued on, SHE pretty much just ranted on how everyone needs to have more patience and no one is perfect... "I don't know what you want me to do!!!" was scoffed at me as well. I was going to have it delivered the next day, but she had me so worked up that I wanted to speak to someone about it. So I went to pick up the package myself.(do their job for them) Once I got there, she greeted me with an apology about the phone conversation. If that was the end of it I would have been ok, but she said that it was my fault she got mad. It was because I just wouldn't stop... I said "I called to ask what was going on and you said you don't know." That isn't an answer. Example: If you go to a restaurant and wait for the food for 2 hours, and the server says they don't know what happened, but you can go make it yourself you'd like, or we can have it to you in another 2 hours, how would you feel??? Pretty crappy since you already paid them the $20 for your food. In closing, I am an easy going guy. This is the first time I have ever written an extremely bad review. If I had people screaming at me when I call upset about something on a regular basis, then I would stop and think maybe it is just me, BUT IT ISN'T. I have never been so rudely talked to, about the mistake that THEY made. Yet they already have my money, so who cares I guess...
